Hotel apartments complex. For finance ,are these classed as "property" or "business" finance.gocoastal [13 Posts]  I am really interested in purchasing a proven hotel in South America, which has 14 rooms/suites in total.. Now , to get the remainder of finance for this, would this be classified as a property investment or business loan.? any help much appreciated.thx Qlds007 [4379 Posts]  CG Certainly wont be financing it from any financier in Oz so whether it is classifed as a property or business loan is neither here nor there.
