PROPERTIES IN BULGARIA-SUNNY BEACH !!!martooo_84 [1 Posts] hi EVERYONE, Fizzypopp [14 Posts] It seems that everyone and their uncle are selling Bulgaria (including us) although I have talked many people out of buying property there. Take away the Brits and their third and fourth re-mortgage and I wonder what will happen to the market. Just like Spain I expect. The Germans will wait until the Brits have left and move in a buy it cheaper that that! Is this unkind? I expect so. Saying that places like Sofia are a great bet as they cater for the growing commercial activity. I say 0 buy in Bulgaria if you want a cheap place to have a low cost holiday. That way you will find a bargain and a very nice place as well. But be careful about expecting growth now as the market is pivotal. Paul, Director - International Property Directory |
