NZ investment properties

Hi there

I own a couple of investment properties in NZ and was wanting to sell one.
Could someone recommend a website that property investors in australia frequent?
It would be great to be able to sell my property directly without going through an agent.

Hope someone can help!

Hi,

This is a tough ask given that you are remote. Remember too that a website may generate interest, but who is going to show the person through the property, handle the contract paperwork etc.

I would encourage you to use an agent rather than going solo on this one.

I live in Invercargill so was hoping to be able to do all that myself...

All the agents here keep talking about australian investors investing heavily and was hoping to be able to market to them directly. 

I was thinking of doing some property speculation but the agents commission at 4% plus GST wipes out all of the profit!

(Also have access to property managers, accountants and lawyers.. not sure if that is what you mean...)

If not and you are selling without an agent I would speculate that trademe.co.nz would get the most traffic and infact most agents list there along with there own sites.
