Hot growth in NZTokyoJoe [60 Posts] Hello everyone. If anyone has seen my diary, I am planning to buy at least one propety in NZ in the coming year. To get the loan I need to borrow at least US$100,000 on one property only. It seems a lot for one house in NZ, but maybe not enough for a block of flats or something similar. Rather than big rental returns I am looking for something that will grow a lot in the coming year(s). I would appreciate any advice as to what the best strategy might be. Perhaps look around Taupo area. I wouldn't mind having your dilemma! Goodluck, Del |
