G'day all,

My wife and I have 3 IP's that we have had for over 3 years that we are holding onto for the long term. We are now interested in going down the renovating and selling option in Tassie. Can anyone give us a brief outline as to what steps we have to take in terms of mortgage products best suited to this option and how best to approach searching for and buying houses best suited to this approach. I'm not the handiest bloke in the world but i can handle a paintbrush, can manage some tiling, and can handle some landscaping... and i'm sure I can upskill myself along the way. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Tugger
