No Grass Gardens

Hi Everyone,

I want to put a No Grass/Low Water Garden in the front yard of my IP. I want to use Pavers &/or Stones/Pebbles &/or Bark, with Modern Grasses & Strappy Leaved Plants. I also want it to look good without going overboard on $$$$. It will be in the front yard of a Unit so the area will not be big.
Has anyone done this recently, if so what materials have you used. Do you know any great websites with lots of images.
