Software programs for self managing properties

Hello,
I self manage my property and was wondering what programs other like minded people were using to keep tabs on expenses and revenue?
I use trade invoice, which is great but mainly geared to a business rather than a rental property.  I have heard that Posh is relatively good but I have a Mac so I would need to get Virtual PC or something.
Any suggestions are welcome!

Not sure if it works on a Mac but I have recently implemented Rentmaster - you get a 60 day trial (plenty of time to try it out). It has a few limitations depending upon your portfolio (ie retail or some commercial) however you are able to work around most issues.
