Please help

Have just been contacted by 'Parktrent property group'. Deal put forward sounds good, but has anyone actually heard of them and have they completed anything that they claim to have built.

$995 admin fee  once only
$1000 deposit on Investment property, rest is guarantored by equity in my home
$695 fee to fly to melbourne with flights and accom built in to secure paperwork with their accountants and solicitors; choose and secure location of property.
2nd trip paid for to choose house type/colours etc.
can choose from properties in Melbourne or Queensland.
1st year no repayments for construction phase
2nd year out of pocket expenses covered by Company
2 year guarantee for tenants
8% fee of rent for realestate management

around $120 wk out of pocket expense for third year
Any positive and/or negative feedback on this group would be greatly appreciated.
