HELP - I need to find a dependable rental property manager in Balmain Sydney.sophiamullins [1 Posts] I am looking for a reliable property management company based in or around Balmain in Sydney. I need to turn my house into an investment and get some rental dollars from it. I have heard many horror stories about property managers and their lack of care/interest in looking after rental properties. I dont' want to become one of these stories. My investment is in safe hands. They are very communicative and helpful. I had no troubles leasing it out to fantastic tenants. They are purely property managers, no sales. So you know that you are getting the best service possible. I would especially recommend Michelle Galletti. Look at there website.
