Damaged Roller DoorTony P [8 Posts] Hi guys, I own a warehouse and the tenants were recently broken into. This left the roller door badly damaged where the thieves had entered the building. Am I responsible for repairing/replacing the roller door? I have asked a similar question before but this is a little different. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, thecrest [241 Posts] Unless the tenant can claim the door repair on their insurance, the landlord usually cops it because a landlord has to supply lockable premises. the cosmos always delivers so order carefully |
