depreciation on a dugouthappyjack72 [44 Posts] Hi guys, One of my IPs is a dugout in Coober Pedy. About this time of year, I think about getting depreciation schedules done. But I'm wondering if it's worth getting one done on the dugout, in comparison with the cost of a formal schedule. By chance, have any of you got a depreciation schedule done on a dugout? Was it worth it? HJ72 Jeff Johnson [45 Posts] God I love this country, where else in the world could you rent out a hole in the ground? It would most likely depend on the age of fixtures and fittings as I assume the raw construction would be difficult to value. jeff.johnson@raywhite.com happyjack72 [44 Posts] Thanks Jeff, I guess I'll probably get some photos done of the items/chattels, etc and get them sent to the quantity surveyor. But, has anyone actually got a schedule done on a dugout? HJ72 |
