Wrap / Rent-to-own / Lease - Where can I find these kind of deals?as004 [4 Posts] I am hoping to be buy a house through a wrap/rent-to-own/lease. The problem is that I don't know where I can get these kind of deals? I was thinking of going on realestate.com.au or domain.com,au, find houses for rent, and contact the seller to see if they will do one of these deals. Is that the way to go? PaulDobson [393 Posts] Hi as004 There are quite a few vendor financiers here on this forum that may have a house available in your area. If you let us know what area you're looking in, they may be able to help. Another good place to look is the small real estate classifieds in your local free newspaper. A lot of vendor financiers advertise in these papers. Also, here are some web sites that may have properties avialable in your area: Good luck.
