Hello, Can anyone tell me if the clause in general conditions for removal of rubbish could include piles of garden waste in the yard? The property i have recently purchased has a pile of old timber sleepers and some garden waste in the yard.

Hi Mrs C,

Best bet is to ring the person who handled the settlement of your property and get their opinion.
