Can anyone recommend a good Quantity Surveyor in Adelaide?

Hi everyone,

I have a new place in Adelaide and I need a depreciation schedule.

Does anybody know of a good quantity surveyor in Adelaide?

Or if anyone has had a bad experience let me know so I can avoid them.

I have used a company called BMT Quantity Surveyors for our properties in QLD.  They are a national company and have an office in Adelaide try them.  We have been happy with their services and my accountant likes their reports - helps at tax time. 

For our properties we've used a company called Australian Tax Depreciation Services. They're a national company with offices in every state. They're very competitively priced and the service is excellent.  They give you a couple of differently priced options, one includes a site visit (which we've always gone for) and the other doesn't require a site visit, and is less expensive.  We're very happy with them and wouldn't use anybody else.
