Average Sale Price by Suburbkenzel [50 Posts] G'Day, Don't know why all reports I've come across use median as the measurement. Anyone know a website that provides that info in averages? I know you can buy a report from homepriceguide with details of every single sale but then you have to compute it yourself anyway... There you're battling a tight and mean state gov't, so no, you can't get this info for free (unless you know somebody from Land Vic, for example...
