Finding a property manager for multi-let house.

Hi,

I have a fully furnished 3BR house in Narre Warren, VIC and would like to
multi-let it under 3 seperate leases (i.e one lease per room.) Can anyone please let me know
where I can find a (good) property manager that looks after these kind of rentals ? I have spoken to several RE agents in this area and was advised that very few (if any) agents still manage these types of properties nowadays. Although there may be some in the inner city, they would be reluctant to look after houses in further out areas.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
