Anka & Simon Mensforth kick the night off with Relocation, for Fun & Profit!

You might remember this pair running the numbers on their spectacular relocation in Pyalong at a meeting last year? They join us to run through what they have learned about the process of relocating houses, and share with you how you can also do so. This is certainly information that you don't find every day, so if this process interests you even just a tiny bit, make sure you get along to see this brilliant young couple.

Lisa Jackson also joins us with her presentation on Bookkeeping in the Home Office!
A vitally important part of the ‘business’ of property investing, Lisa brings her years of experience running the office of her own family business, as well as her former role as Accounts Manager at Propertyinvesting.com. This is not to be missed as so many hours are wasted when organisation is missing from the home office. Keeping on top of your payments & receipts, cashflow and banking just can't be overlooked if you are going to be successful in property, or any part or full time home business. Lisa will share so many hints & tips in her presentation, even if you have a good bookkeeper looking after your accounts, you will be teaching him/her some new tricks! Not to be missed!
