Solicitor needed who understands JVs, wraps, lease options, etc. on the Gold Coast

We're looking for a solicitor on the Gold Coast who understands property JVs, wraps, lease options, etc. - AND respects them as legitimate business ventures.  They also need to be reasonable as we're on a tight budget.  Just a 4 page JV agreement to look over at this stage.

Yes Rob would be good, or Despina Priala who is also on the Gold Coast. Although, I am not sure whether Rob Balanda or Despina Priala would meet the 'tight budget' criteria.

I'm based in Sydney and haven't had much experience with solicitors on the Gold Coast.

I'd suggest, though, that when choosing a solicitor, you interview them first to see if they're the right fit for you. Ask if they specialize in JVs, wraps and so forth, and ask for any references that they can give you.

This can ensure that you don't pay too much for a generalist solicitor.
