Selling Rick Otton Massive Passive Property PackBurnzy [3 Posts] Hi all, I am selling my Rick Otton Massive Passive Property Pack. I bought it about 5 months ago and have spent that time learning the strategies and completing deals. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to do real estate investing even if you don't buy from me, Rick sells it on his website as well as other great courses such as bootcamp courses and online fast property training. If anyone wants to buy my Massive Passive pack I will definitely consider selling. I bought it for $4,500 a little under 5 months ago, I will sell for less than that to anyone looking to buy. So make me an offer and we can talk. Cheers, Burnzy [3 Posts] I like the way you think. But not at this stage thanks Terry. Just looking for a straight sale. Cheers, fredo_4305 [285 Posts] Burnzy out of interest how many deals have you completed? Options is something I wouldn't mind looking into. Burnzy [3 Posts] Completed 5 and currently working others. I've known other students who do these full time who have completed a lot more than that. If your interested in creative investing do some research and get stuck in. Theres only a couple of courses in creative real estate investing and Rick Otton is definitely leading the way. If anyone wants to email me an offer you can at property0123@hotmail.com Cheers kerry.simpson [13 Posts] Hi thats great to see you have already done 5 properties and more on the way, how far are you prepared to go are you doing a few deals more or lost interest for why your selling.
