wraps and rent to ownaus08 [6 Posts] Hello everyone, Could somebody please tell me which creative strategy to use in real estate that applies to today's market most. I would really appreciate your input on the wraps and lease to own methods and how they work. Thanks. We find that it's the particulars of each property transaction that steer us towards one of the many vendor finance strategies. Not so much, the economice situation. However starting off with just one (or two) strategies is a good way to get going. To ensure that you know the difference between a Wrap and a Lease/Option, may I suggest you have a look at: Another interesting resource to read concerning Vendor Finance, in real estate, in Australia is: Good luck.
