Investing in Billboards!!

I have recently listened to Steve Mcknights CD from " 260+ Properties in 7 Years",
i tuned in especially when he mentioned "Purchasing Billboards".
I have always thought of purchasing them as an investment.

Now being 21 i have a little more knowledge and maturity about finances and investing,
however i have only just started researching now.

I basically need to research as much as possible to getting started, so any tips and previous
experiences would be great!

i dont have too much experience in billboard investing (only making profits from online billboards, really). I do have experience in conventional property investments of course too!

Just keep reading up on the topic. there's great resources online, and books too have helped me out with investment ideas.
