Does anyone have a spreadsheet already running which can handle the above ? Also would appreciate any recommendations about programs. Cheers the cosmos always delivers so order carefully dkb87 [20 Posts] Hi thecrest, I used to do the payroll and super at my old work and we used MYOB. I found it to be pretty easy to use once I got the hang of it and you can prin off payslips, profit reports, super reports, etc....and much more! Hope this helps, Daniel. Dan42 [576 Posts] There is a program called 'Cashflow Manager', easier to use than MYOB, and looks like a spreadsheet on screen. http://www.cashflow-manager.com.au/Products/CashflowManagerGold.aspx It has cashflow software as well as Wages and Invoice programs. I also found that you could update it each year for the tax rates and other information cheaper then updating MYOB or Quickbooks. This leads to a very expensive accountant's bill ;-) MYOB and Quickbooks have a whole range of accounting products that include wages software. They start with quite reasonably priced products for small business, right through to software for very large businesses. I'd really appreciate as many suggestions as possible, something will ideally suit this purpose, Cheers the cosmos always delivers so order carefully gibbo1 [134 Posts] Hi, Another option is an online program such as http://www.paysonline.com.au/ There are a number of similar sites around. Regards PaulDobson [946 Posts] Got to agree that sometimes 'simple' is best. Just watch out for the sad fact about software, i.e. a lot of software won't 'talk' to another manufacturer's software. This leaves you with the frustrating task of entering the same information into different software, e.g. entering all your pay details into payroll only software and then having to enter it again into accounting software.
