Is anyone able to recommend a good accountant in Brisbane, with specialist knowledge in property investment?

Dont now about Brissie but if you are happy to deal with someone from the Gold Coast then try Steve Hodgkinson who is partner at the Gold Business Group in Southport.

Steve has been my Accountant for 12 years and is an expert in property investment and entity structuring.

He can be contacted on 5532 2855.

Tell him i referred you as most good property accountants are not taking on new clients.

Everyone from the forum i have referred to him have been delighted with the professionalism and knowledge.

I head north rather than south, and use Active Financial Answers in Maroochydore. Extremely knowledgable about structures and asset protection for property, in particular.

I use Specialised Business Solutions in Brisbane Central.  My accountants are Timothy Munro and Susan Banks.  I can't speak highly enough about them and their knowledge of exactly what I want to achieve.  Their number is 07 3221 1100.

I did go with SBS. I went into see Gerard van Paassen, and he was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were after. He knows every in and out there is for taxes and trusts, companies and work arounds. He has a very specialised knowledge on property investment, and has been able to give me very detailed answers to every quesiton I've thrown his way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
