Hi Pat

Sorry but i hate to say in the US it doesnt work like that.
FN loans dont operate on any particular benchmark and will depend on your FICO score.

We do a few US loans for British Nationals and at the moment looking at 4.75-5.25% fixed.

Good luck in finding anyone quote you being an Aussie National.

Cheers

well i am eligable for dual citizenship with the UK, would it be worth persuing that ?
or does the issue apply to any foreign national.

To clarify i'd be buying a US property outright in cash, then using an american LLC which would as an american company take the loan against the property. aim is to get the loan happening in America at American rates to try and bypass the whole overseas thing.

So in this secenario, is nationality still an issue ?

Hate to say "cash out" is not going to happen with any US lender irrespective of whether the purchaser is you individually or you as an LLC entity.

Cheers

After reading your post I went and looked them up. I just  spoke with the lady from the site they do not provide financing for international clients on investment homes.
