Investment lenders in Australia for international investments

Hi everyone,
looking into my options re: finance.
Are there any lenders in Australia that you know of (private or bank / credit union) that will lend for foreign investment ?

Yes a few lenders will lend for foreign investment and we do many loans for clients each and every month like this.

Big difference is the security they accept and that is only Australian based.

If your question is "will any Australian lender take security on an foreign property" then answer is simple - NO.

Will your lender consider investments in China? Thanks

Dreaming about financial freedom is all about taking some action TODAY. Based in HK now but am investing into +ve cashflow properties in US and Australia.

China investments may be rather risky, especially with the government there. What about investments in Europe?

No wouldnt know where to start in China.

We limit ourselves to Australia, USA and the parts of Europe.
