Joined: 09/09/2003 Hi Guys just wondering im looking to buy a residential cabin which of course doesnt have a title buy would be +cashflow even if i borrow 100% the problem is that i cant take a mortgage out on it as there is no title. I will assume the Vendor doesnt wish to finance it to you ?
