Finance approved but lack 20% deposit, would prefer Vendors help towards deposit

Hi guysVendors deposit needed or Vendor finance option, I have a very very good paying role and own a business however am in the process of a complete renovation that is eaten away at my investment funds!We have approved finance to the value of $168,000 and was looking at a 1,2 or 3 bedroom unit or House in a good growth area within Australia.The property must have electricity, sewage and town water and ideally Owner occupied or be flexible with T & C'sI would prefer a fair to good cond property that requires basic Reno’s such as new paint, kitchen, bathrooms etc NO STRUCTURE DAMAGE please.I would prefer a 30 day settlement I have purchased 12 investment properties over the years so I won't waste anyone’s time simply email steve@goldcoastcleaning.net or call me on 0439 999 599RegardsSteve
