Mortgage Broker - Information requiredSharna [1 Posts] Hi guys! I have an appointment on Monday with a Mortgage Broker to look at my Investment Property loan eligibility and was hoping to have all the information they may require from me together before the meeting. Could anyone advise what kind of documents/information they will ask for? Thanks in advance! Just beware and ensure they are experienced in Trust & Investment structures as most have absolutely no idea. Also beware of any suggested cross collateralisation of securities.
