HTW valuing in Broken HIll

For those with interests in Broken Hill, I have heard that Herron Todd White will soon be valuing there. Just waiting for confirmation and the name and contact number to use.

This will be a long overdue alternative to the current situation which is a lack of choice, which can cause problems. My understanding, (waiting for confirmation) is they will be on CBA's panel don't know about others yet.

I love Broken hill its a great place!
I am still involved out there too off and on , with my eyes open for deals too.
What sorts of deals are u involved with out there?

Too often properties bought from other real...cough did not value up.

Must be a really poor market out there unless you buy from LJ...cough. They just seemed to have the right priced properties, and all those others were overpriced.

Well hopefully other valuers on other panels will have an arrangement with HTW.
