When making your post, it helps us to pinpoint the problem and develop a solution when we have a lot of detail. So when making your post, detail is the key - where you encountered the problem, exactly what the problem was, any error messages which appeared and what you were doing immediately before the problem appeared - these details are crucial. URL's (ie http://..etc) also help. Your Browser version as well as your Javascript and Cookies settings also help for some problems if you know where to find this problem.
