Before You Post - Re: Reporting Problems

Thanks for letting us know about any glitches, errors, bugs or problems which you've found on the site.

When making your post, it helps us to pinpoint the problem and develop a solution when we have a lot of detail.

So when making your post, detail is the key - where you encountered the problem, exactly what the problem was, any error messages which appeared and what you were doing immediately before the problem appeared - these details are crucial. URL's (ie http://..etc) also help.

Your Browser version as well as your Javascript and Cookies settings also help for some problems if you know where to find this problem.
