Hi has anyone else got the mystery administration box above their login name?

It popped up the other day, it doesn't contain anything other than logout, so for me a mystery.

We've all got to contribute for the next 3 years to pay back the Govt debt so lunch is out guys,
pay more tax, no eating during the day, think thin, lean, austere, be negative,
