GLOSSARY for acronyms - Just a site suggestionsVitaliano [8 Posts] Hello out there, I really appreciate the time and effort the team have put into to create this website. Being new and always had a calling to do this, i thank the team. a suggestions: a glossary; being new reading the forums are a great way to seek advice and way to blog each others experiences but there are some acronyms that bedazzle me such as PPOR, CF+ etc. i think a glossary would help those like me. thanks for the time to read GOD $AVE$, devil spends GOD $AVE$, Devil spends! CF+ means cash flow positive. ie: a property which has a surplus of total income over total expenses. Hope this helps.
