Attaching files to a post

I want to attach an excel spreadsheet to a post; is there anyway to do this?

The only way you can do that is upload it on the net and give us the link or.

Cut and paste all the data on the excel sheet on to the post.

I tried to cut and paste but the figures came out as a jumble.
If I upload it on the net, where do I upload it to?
We need to have a function on the site where you can simply attach a file as you would on hotmail etc.

I enjoy pasting and cutting and such like.

yeah, so do I Shane, but not when it comes out on the post totally different in appearance to the actual document I was trying to cut and paste.
It looked like a genetics code.
