"Properties for sale" forum???

I think this website should have a forum or section exclusivley for Property For Sale...what do you think???
It just makes sense that a community of like minded individuals could help each other out somewhat by
having a FOR SALE SECTION....for members only of course!
Anyway...just wondering?

It may become and advertising section for real estate agents. I'm a member and also an agent does that mean I can list my "for sale" properties here for free?

It may work, but I think the Topic would become clogged with ads as it is a free site.

Steve would have to start charging to thin out the numbers.

Now that's what I call a passive income stream!!

Hmm,

I’m not too sure a “for sale” section would be of any use on this site.

As a real estate buyer, I only buy bargains (ie under valued properties)

As a seller, I want fortunes!!

I would assume most real estate investors are of a similar mindset??

Just my thoughts.
