"Properties for sale" forum???Burlboy [21 Posts] I think this website should have a forum or section exclusivley for Property For Sale...what do you think???
Jim Xenia [1229 Posts] It may become and advertising section for real estate agents. I'm a member and also an agent does that mean I can list my "for sale" properties here for free? Get to know who's who in Real Estate Investing: Join our Adelaide Network Group L.A Aussie [1470 Posts] It may work, but I think the Topic would become clogged with ads as it is a free site. Steve would have to start charging to thin out the numbers. Now that's what I call a passive income stream!! Hey, Xenia; I'd let you advertise only your CFP properties for free! Cheers, "we get sent lemons; it's up to us to make lemonade" SteveMcKnight [1560 Posts] Coming soon... but not a forum but an entire new section. Stay tuned. Steve McKnight P.S. Hi Mark, If you have properties in Adelaide, we can find you a tenant buyer and set up a lease option as part of our property management services! There you go, positive cash flow! I'm assuming that's what you meant, please excuse my ignorance if I'm totally off the mark :( Get to know who's who in Real Estate Investing: Join our Adelaide Network Group Daviddanae [66 Posts] Hmm, I’m not too sure a “for sale” section would be of any use on this site. As a real estate buyer, I only buy bargains (ie under valued properties) As a seller, I want fortunes!! I would assume most real estate investors are of a similar mindset?? Just my thoughts. David |
