Hi Guys,
I have recieved from a friend a brochure about Brad Sugars business coaching seminars, costing $10K to attend. Has anyone attended or have they heard about this guy?

Cheers

Wilko

PS he works from a company called Action International if you want to investigate.

heres what i know about brad from attending his seminar.
He's really young, only 31, very successful, rich and intellgent. A great speaker with lots of humour and insights on how to be wealthy. He focuses on Business, Property mostly,(these 2 are his expertise. No doubt he is one of the most clever entreprenuers and business coach out there) , his 10k seminar also includes Shares.
The people who attended it said its worth more than 10k cos the got so much out of it.

Wilko,

Even if this guy is genuine I can't beleive that you wouldnt get more value from reference books and the experience from people on this forum. Keep your 10K and put it towards an Ip when you feel youve got the experience.

Ben.

I went, with my girlfriend, - it was money well spent.

It gave me the confidence to quit work a few weeks later.

Hi guys

I went to one of Brad Sugars early "freebie" seminars or talks in Brisbane some 7-8 years ago. I was impressed by the way he presented himself.

Signed up for his business audio tapes, books and a business coach session. Unfortunatley I was "very" disapointed with the results and wished I'd used my money else where as Benson suggests.

I still receive alot of what I call "junk mail" from Action International.

These are my views only.

Thanks guys, for all the input! I leaning towards bensons advice. Maybe if he has them in the future it would be an option once I am well on the way to being financially independent. But for now I have plenty to read...
Cheers

IMHO $10k for a seminar is insane.

What's he teach? The secrets of alchemy?

BTW, with a name like Brad Sugars are you sure he didn't make all his money making porn?

one can learn most of the things here only on this forum if keep reading and ask questions. 10K is too much for any seminar until you are rich or you have made that much money using his books or some passive income in property etc.

With a course costing 10k...

I dont think so...he must either be the messiah of wealth creation or have the ultimate secret.

But u know what. I have found that there are no secrets of the rich..

Anyway i cant comment on Brad Sugar but with 10k whats the diff. between Brad Sugars and Henry Kaye? (NII)

Regards

From what I remember there is a lot about yourself involved in the week long course. Sounds like you get about 4 hrs of sleep a night with tai chi and masuers etc to help you through the week. Also some sort of volleyball championship where you all put in 1K and play off for the loot at the end of the week. Is this about right John? Still thats a lot of money for 1 week of health camp....

I have been to 2 ($45) seminars, bought "real money real estate" and had an Action International business coach for a business in big trouble. We left it too late for the coach, but he did help us turn it around so that we could sell it.

You will find much of Brad's stuff is similar to Steve's. He is very much into no (or little) money down deals that don't suck up your money. He isn't totally against -ve gearing, but you need to get the money from +ve property. He has done some truly amazing deals. He uses business deals to fund the property after you chuck your job. He DOES sometimes sell, but to put the money into better deals.

As for the 10k, it all comes down to what it's worth. If you want to buy less than 10 properties and sit on them, you don't need the course. If you go to the course and don't make the 10k in the first 6 months, you weren't listening. Have a look at some of the testimonials.

Look at it this way. He's VERY successful. When Steve has 5 sports cars, a $3M boat and tens of millions of franchises throughout the world, I'll be convinced that he has all I need to know. If Brad's course was 1k, I'd say "he can't be making the kind of money he says or he wouldn't waste his time". This happened with NII - I knew these guys were making money solely from the $16k fee.

You can have most of Brad's ideas by reading his books. The multi-day course is to get you moving & chnage your life. Some peolple pay that to go to a resort and sit by the pool for a week. (Brad includes the resort). If people are willing to pay NII $16k for a DVD and a meeting once a month, Brad would be stupid not to tap into that market. He gets into every area where there's money to be made.

I didn't go to the course because I'm not really interested in chucking my job and becoming a billionaire.

BTW the $3M boat was no money down and other people paid for it!!
