On Monday we have Ana from Renovate and Profit speaking for us. 

Ana is well known as one of Australia's leading Renovating for Profit Specialists. As an expert in her field, she is regularly featured in prominent Industry publications such a Handyman Magazine, and Newspaper articles such as the Age special feature on Women in Real Estate. You may have even seen her in Australian Property Investor magazine 5 times this year alone or presenting at expos such as the Herald Sun Home and Garden show.

She is skilled and qualified not only in the 'how to' and 'what to' purchase with investing in property, but also in the science behind investing - how to accurately cost out a renovation, how to calculate the profit in a deal, what order to renovate in, as well as the nitty gritty of tiling, plastering, painting, rendering, waterproofing and so it goes on.

Her proven success is evident as she has helped over 30 people this year alone purchase renovation deals which will make more than $60K in clear profit each in less than 6 months. In just 7 months last year she completed 6 major renovations. This lady is unstoppable!
