Something funny going on.

Hi to all, this is my first post under my new tag, renoguy. Changed my tag as I now have a renovation business, but this is not the topic of this post.

I have just received this email from a friend of mine and initially I thought here we go, another conspiracy theory, but once I read more on it, I thought this was a little alarming. Have any of you out there seen or heard of what is going on here with the Government?

Hmmmm....all websites run by right-wing conspiracy theorists, One Nation and League of RIghts fronts, and assorted nutters.

Must be on the money. That said, a little surprised how the legal fratentity and their learned journals managed to miss the coup d eta  that is occuring under our noses,

Clearly the most astute constitutional lawyers are building websites .

If you believe these guys AND enjoy investing in property, I have a bridge in Sydney I can let you have ;) 

Mountains out of mole hills.

The fact is when you buy a property you only buy what is on the surface. For example. if you were digging in your backyard to maybe put in a swimmingpool or a bore ect. and found gold or oil or any other natural resource the government would have the right to claim that as their own. (If you were smart enough to tell them that is) as you look at any title search conducted in QLD you will see under 

easements, encumberances and interests

1. Rights and interests reserved to the crown by deed of grant No. xxxxxxxx (xxx xxx)

so really even if that were true. nothing has infact changed
