I agree.  You shouldn' thave to pay for this.  Its free.  I rang up the other day and got a kit with absoluty everythingy ou needs FOR FREE

I am interested in finding out about Do it Yourself Property Management.  I noticed the Rental Agreements site and noticed that someone had posted that they got a kit for free.  How?? Where??

I don't think charging people a small fee is a huge crime. Yes you can get it for free, you can get almost anything on the internet for free.

But if someone takes the time to the organise it and present it in a way that is easy for the everyday person to access and they decide to charge for that...then so what.

A friend of mine took free information from the internet, organised it into an ebook, and charges $6-$7 for it. He makes a few sales per week. Even though people can access it free online, doesn't mean they can easily find it.

I would pay $10 if it saved me an hour of searching on the internet
