Why is this crap on a property investing site?? We get all sorts of fruitloops amsjerm [10 Posts] Hey Sikkdad, You'e the right person I want to talk to, someone who is optimistic and with the right postive attitude. I have a great investment for you with ongoing returns every year. It's a system many have used in the past and is still making money off. In fact it's such a successful system it's not a big secret at all. Why don't you buy my a property off me, valued at roughly $1.2 mil in 2007. And havn't you heard the principal, property doubles every 7 years, so that's 10% pa. So it's worth even more now. Mr Kiyosaki himself recommended real estate, and I know you won't argue with him. You jsut have to borrow it off a no-doc loan, and at interest rates at a low low 7%, ur getting 3% for diong 20 hrs of work now and then 2hrs of work per week. Hope you don't mind my sceptical nature......in order that this contributes to the due diligence of the other forum members......you know...pay it forward. Also please feel free to post copies of your bank statements that verify the monthly (money while you sleep) deposits that this exponential dynamo you are promoting evidences to your account. Finally, this is a property forum, so does this have anything in the remotest to do with this domain? If not, why share your spruik one day after having joined.
