In regards to point 1. I am doing this myself this time. I am asking if doing it as a business or a trust in the future will be more beneficial than the situation I am currently in, since I don’t have any dependants.Point 2 is well over my head haha. Know any good accountants in Geelong Area?

Hi Guys,
Just wondering how much equity you require in a deal to go ahead with it.
At the moment i am subdividing a house I purchased for 170,000. Hoping to sell for both houses for around 440,000.
Minus tax, subdivision costs, stamp duty, I am hoping to make around 50,000.
