    Hi experts,

There are many boutique low rise apartments projects in the inner east (Boroondara and Stonnington) being
    marketed or starting construction.

Are they still considered good investments given the locations?

What should I be watching out for when considering buying one as investment?

    Thanks,

If so, can it be further condition to have deposit release within certain days/weeks?

I am selling a property and I raise the question to my solicitor and the response I get back

    Thanks Terry.

I think keeping the loan open but not drawn may be an option and it may be used
as a cash flow buffer for other IP related incidental costs. At least that’s the
theories and ideas many other property experts seem to suggest.
